We have vast experience in Debt Collection and have been in business since 1984. We have expertise with the characteristics of our local market, professionalism in dealing with consumer and commercial debt cases and a wide network which allows us to serve our clients without limitations.

We work on a “No Collection – No Fee” basis so we will not charge a fee if we recover no money for you. That principle applies to pre-legal debt collection only.

On our international business, we do not set a minimum number of accounts, but do set a minimum value of debt at USD 500.00.

We service both Consumer and Commercial debts.

Approximately 3 to 6 months when there is no dispute involved and we have valid contact information provided. Otherwise, the claim could take up to a year for pre-legal recovery.

We first send a Letter of Demand/Legal Notice to the debtors and wait for their response, if we do not get any response we call the debtors if their contact numbers are available, if no contact numbers are found or available, we send them a reminder, if still the debtors do not respond we then visit the address the debtors as given in your instructions and have a meeting with the debtors and ask them to pay the debt amount, if after exhausting all the Amicable Collection efforts it is not possible to collect the debt amount in an amicable way, we submit our final report and ask/suggest the client to take legal action, this legal action is provided by our Firm

The statute of limitation in Pakistan is three years from due date. If the customer acknowledges the debt amount through any of their correspondence, this statute is extended to another 3 years.

Yes, we have experienced field agents who visit the debtors and negotiate the matter with them.

You are requested to provide street address of the customer and all the relevant documents such as invoices, statement of account and correspondence (if any) exchange between the parties.

We can provide you all sort of legal assistance including court cases where amicable collection is not possible.

Collection costs cannot be added to the debt. Only court costs can be added on to the debt when suit is successful.
