We are specialists in the field of the complex Swiss debt collection law. Switzerland has 26 different Cantons with 4 official languages and we cover all of them. In Switzerland, we have an out of court legal collection system which we ourselves can cover from the start to the end. Should the debt be disputed by the debtor, court procedure is inevitable and for that we have partner lawyers in every region who are specialized in the very diversified debt collection laws in the various Cantons. We offer efficient, individual and personal service to all our clients.
We work on a no success, no fee basis. Should legal procedure be necessary, the client is informed about the costs beforehand.
There is no minimum number of placements required, however we do have a minimum value of a single placement at $50.
We service all types of debts, B2B as well as B2C.
Our amicable debt collection process takes approximately 7 weeks. In many cases the contact information provided is no longer valid. This requires more skip tracing which causes the process to take much longer.
