Mostly B2B but we also service B2C.
While there is no limitation on how long the process will take, if our efforts are deemed unsuccessful after a time (roughly 4 months) we immediately inform the customer of our recommendation for the next step in the collection process.
Upon receipt of the case and depending on the contact details provided, we initiate collection (call, fax, email, registered post) or do a search to trace the debtor. In some cases, and where necessary, we pay personal visits, free of charge.
Both B2C and B2B statutes are 5 years from the due date of the invoice or last payment (except on Maritime Law Companies whereas the statute of limitation is 1 year)

Absolutely! We have in-house dedicated lawyers.
In general terms, any amount above the capital claim can be claimed only through legal suit (if judgement is granted). The Legislation in Greece does not oblige the debtors to pay any further fee/amount, on top of their principal outstanding balance.
