We are a professional debt recovery company and have been in operation since 2008. Our team has extensive debt recovery experience. Our objective is not to be the biggest but to provide our client with the best possible returns on their outstanding debts, by providing superior negotiations, excellent customer service and highest levels of persistence.
It cost nothing to hire our services, as we operate on a "no win no fee" basis. You only pay once we are successful in retrieving your outstanding debts.
On our international business we do not set a minimum number of accounts, but do set a minimum value of debt at USD 300.00 per matter.
We service both consumer and commercial debts.
The length of time taken to process a collection matter depends mainly on the data provided by the client. The delays in the process generally occur if we need to trace the debtor in order to commence the collection process. Once contact has been made with the debtor and there are no disputes on the matter, the process can take few months to fully resolve the matter.
Our collection process revolves around telephone calls, followed by email correspondence and a letter informing the customer of the debt. Once a payment is negotiated we will record the arrangement and send a reminder sms (text message) to the debtor.
If there is no judgement taken against the debtor the statute of limitation is 3 years on an open account debt and 6 years relating to a cheque account. If judgement has been granted, the statute of limitation is extended to 30 years.
